In April 2015 nursing student Nichole Rolfe was fired from her job after she refused to lie to patients and push pro-vaccine propaganda to them, as directed by her teachers. Nichole fought back against the college with a lawsuit. Baker College recently requested that the case be dismissed, but the judge presiding over the case denied the motion meaning that Nichole will finally be allowed to argue her case in front of a jury this summer. Olcplc.com reports: The Genesee County Circuit Court has denied the request of Baker College to dismiss or otherwise highly restrict the lawsuit brought by a former nursing student who claims she was wrongly dismissed from the nursing program at Baker’s Owosso campus due to discussions involving vaccines. Nichole Rolfe is suing Baker College after she was dismissed from the school’s nursing program because she questioned when Baker College instructed students to misrepresent and lie to patients in order to get them vaccinated.
