The US Senate is ready to give Obama, and the next president, ‘unlimited’ military powers that amounts to a declaration of martial law upon the entire world. A new AUMF (Authorization for Use of Military Force) written by the Republican neocon Sen. Lindsey Graham, will allow the president to wage war anywhere in the world without congressional approval. The resolution is a new authorization for use of military force (AUMF) for declaring war on ISIS.
