Prince Cremated In Secret Memorial Service

A private memorial ceremony was held on Saturday for music legend Prince who died aged 57. His ashes have been stored in a place that is to remain secret.  Family and friends paid their respects to the pop superstar at the Minneapolis studio complex where his body was found collapsed in an elevator on Thursday. A Prince spokeswoman said, “Prince’s remains have been cremated and their final storage will remain private.” Inside Edition reports: Yvette Noel-Schure gave no further information about where or when the cremation occurred, nor did she reveal where the ashes would be placed.

Homophobia seems to be rife in Turkey, at least towards a gay turtle. Watch people refusing to buy a pet from a shop in Istanbul once they realize he is gay.  Gay Star News reports: This is what happens when people are so blindly homophobic, they believe being gay is an illness, not ‘normal’, and could even be ‘contagious’. Even if it’s a turtle. And turtles aren’t exactly the easiest pets as they need specialist care.
