The just released Tax Cut And Jobs Act (surprisingly, the "Cut Cut Cut Act" moniker was quietly rejected), has 429 pages, which however was not an obstacle for UBS bankers to read it and, within the hour, not only opine on it, but throw up on its chances of passage.

At first glance, it might seem like some justice has finally been delivered.
The Department of Justice has settled a class-action lawsuit brought by Tea Party groups from across the country. The government has admitted that what happened was a violation of rights.
Back before the 2012 election, the IRS started scrutinizing certain non-profit applications more closely. Political organizations seeking tax exempt status as non-profits are pretty typical. But for some reason, the IRS decided to delay over 400 applications.
Talking heads act like Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller is fair, impartial and unbiased.
But the facts are a wee bit different ...

As Coinivore reports, Paul noted how the trend seems to be that the government waits until something grows successful enough and then attempts to severely restrict it with regulations.
