Yesterday, Republican Devin Nunez Nunes held an explosive press conference outside the White House in which he told reporters that communications from the Trump team were picked up and disseminated within the government during the 2016 campaign.
Not surprisingly, the comments ruffled some liberal feathers and the mainstream media launched an immediate smear campaign calling for Nunes to resign his post immediately.
With the time for today's critical vote rapidly approaching, traders, pundits and the general population were eagerly looking forward to Paul Ryan's rescheduled 3:30pm press conference (it was originally supposed to take place before noon). It now appears that they will have to wait some more, because moments ago the press conference was postponed for a second time, and this time it was delayed until further notice...
Despite Sean Spicer claiming during his daily press conference that the vote to repeal Obamacare will still take place tonight as previously scheduled, others disagree. Several lawmakers quoted by the Hill say that the House will likely delay its vote until Friday or next week, several lawmakers said. "It didn't look like today was going to be when we're going to vote," said Rep. Phil Roe (R-Tenn.) after leaving a meeting with committee chairs and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), who controls the House floor schedule.

As The Hill reports, centrist defections in the last 24 hours include Rep. Charlie Dent (R-Pa.), the co-chairman of the moderate Tuesday Group, which has roughly 50 members.
