'Bipartisan' Senate Intelligence Committee To Probe Russia-Campaign Contacts
Hours after WaPo reports anonymous sources claiming Trump's national security adviser Flynn contacted Russian officials, and Politico details Hillary's dealing with Ukrainian officials, the Senate Intelligence Committee announced in a statement that it will launch an inquiry to look at any links between Russia and individuals associated with U.S. political campaigns as part of bipartisan inquiry into Russia and cyber activity.

“Fake news!” roared Donald Trump, the work of “sick people.”
The president-elect was referring to a 35-page dossier of lurid details of his alleged sexual misconduct in Russia, worked up by a former British spy. A two-page summary of the 35 pages had been added to Trump’s briefing by the CIA and FBI — and then leaked to CNN.
This is “something that Nazi Germany would have done,” Trump said. Here, basically, is the story.
Guccifer 2.0 Slams Intel ‘Fake Report,’ Denies Links With Russia
The entity known as Guccifer 2.0 has come out of hiding and slammed the Intel reports on Russian hacking as “crude fake” evidence. The hacker or group of hackers known as Guccifer 2.0 admit breaching the DNC computer network by easily exploiting a software vulnerability on their system but deny any links with Russia. The entity denies U.S. government’s allegations, which are now supported by Donald Trump, that it is tied to the Russian government’s hacking campaign against Democrats. Here I am again, my friends!

The Washington Post reports that two people familiar with the issue, who spoke on condition of anonymity, claim that President-elect Trump's choice for national security adviser, Michael Flynn, held multiple phone conversations with Russia's ambassador to Washington on the day the US announced retaliation for Moscow's interference in the election.
The phone calls were first reported by Washington Post columnist David Ignatius.
