The U.S. military has been placed on “red alert” following an attack on a US destroyer by a Russian fighter jet in the Black Sea in February. Newly released footage shows two Russian Su-24 jets shooting at the destroyer USS Porter on Feb. 10. The aircraft comes within 200 yards of the deck at an altitude of 300 feet as it shoots overhead. “Such incidents are concerning because they can result in accident or miscalculation,” Navy Capt. Danny Hernandez, a spokesman for U.S. European Command, said.

An X-Files spinoff series entitled “The Lone Gunman” has surfaced, featuring a plot by the U.S. government to orchestrate a 9/11 inside job attack, just 6 months before the real attacks actually occurred.  The X-Files spinoff pilot depicts a hijacked plane crashing into the World Trade Center, with government officials blaming a Middle Eastern terrorist group to justify starting a war.

The Kremlin has announced that the Syrian military, backed by the Russian airstrikes, has completed its operation to liberate the ancient city of Palmyra from ISIS. A British-based war monitor said that the Syrian army and Iranian-backed militia advanced inside Palmyra on Thursday as ISIS withdrew completely. The Russian President Vladimir Putin was briefed about the good news from Syria from Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu. Fortifications on the outskirts of the city are being erected to prevent any counter-offensive by the terrorist group.
