Former CIA director General David Petraeus has warned that the “New World Order” is under threat of total collapse.  In a speech to lawmakers on Wednesday, General Petraeus said that a World War 3 scenario between the West and Russia/China will occur soon that will end up destroying the New World Order. “Americans should not take the current international order for granted. It did not will itself into existence. We created it. Likewise, it is not naturally self-sustaining. We have sustained it.

The White House has warned that the U.S. may use military action against Iran following Tehran’s ballistic missile test.  National Security Adviser Michael Flynn told a press briefing on Wednesday that the Trump administration has officially put Iran “on notice,” hinting that the U.S. army are on alert in preparation for a potential war. “The Obama Administration failed to respond adequately to Tehran’s malign actions—including weapons transfers, support for terrorism, and other violations of international norms,” Flynn told reporters.

A 20-year-old British chef from West Sussex, England, turned ISIS fighter, fighting alongside the Kurdish YPG in Syria, took his own life to avoid capture by the Islamic State. Ryan Lock died during an offensive by anti-ISIS fighters to liberate a village near the ISIS capital Raqqa in northern Syria. During the battle, the young Brit was surrounded by ISIS militants and apparently “turned the gun on himself” and committed suicide to avoid falling captive, in what is described as an act of “outstanding bravery in the face of a barbaric enemy,” by his Kurdish comrades.

After yesterday US officials reported that Iran conducted a nuclear ballistic missile test on Sunday, which some claimed would be another violation of the UN resolution and Obama's nuclear deal, on Wednesday Iran's defense minister admitted that the Islamic Republic had indeed tested a new missile, but added the test did not breach Tehran's nuclear accord with world powers or a U.N. Security Council resolution endorsing the pact.
