It has been revealed that a 14-year-old could have hacked the US election, because John Podesta’s email password was “password.” With the intelligence community bearing down heavily on Russian hackers, blaming them for compromising US internet security and affecting the election result, it now appears that a novice hacker could have hacked into Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s computer. In an exclusive interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange revealed that John Podesta’s email password was “password.” He told Hannity, “A 14-year-old kid could have hacked Podesta that way.” WikiLeaks released thousands of emails from Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta during last year’s election campaign and always maintained that the source of the leaks was not the work of state actors.
