Following on from local governments around the country criminalizing private rainwater collection, the federal government now want home owners to obtain a special license from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) authority to verifiy that their home conforms to the same standards that recreational vehicles (RV’s) are required to have.

As the Chicago Tribune reports, that city is none other than Chicago, Illinois. 

Millionaires are leaving Chicago more than any other city in the United States on a net basis, according to a report by New World Wealth.
