The judicial reasoning of most recent and current Supreme Court Justices emerges from one central principle:

If a law produces, or seems likely to produce, an outcome that right-thinking people deem socially desirable, then that law is ipso facto constitutional; by contrast, if that law produces, or seems likely to produce, an outcome that right-thinking people deem socially undesirable, then that law is ipso facto unconstitutional.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia Found Dead

Senior U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia, the longest serving  judge of  the Supreme Court has been found dead at a luxury resort in west Texas. According to reports the 79-year-old conservative judge died of natural causes on Saturday during a hunting trip. The Telegraph reports: His body was found when he did not appear for breakfast at ranch in West Texas, according to local reports. KVIA, a TV station, said he had reported feeling unwell after a day of quail hunting on Friday. A conservative, he was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1986 by President Ronald Reagan.

Moments ago the judicial world was hit with what is the most significant news since the passage of Obamacare, when the San Antonio Express first reported that one of the more, if not most, conservative Supreme Court Justices, Antonin Scalia, was found dead of apparent natural causes Saturday on a luxury resort in West Texas, federal officials said. Scalia, 79, was a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, a resort in the Big Bend region south of Marfa.

Pot Head Gets Suspended Sentence For Lousy Cannabis Grow

A judge has handed down a reduced sentence to a cannabis grower in the U.K. after sympathizing with his predicament. 20-year-old Joshua Hughes made a bosh job at his first attempt to grow cannabis indoors in order to maintain his 20-a-day joint habit. His defense lawyer pleaded his case by calling him “dim witted” for flooding his flat which led to his arrest. The judge agreed with the defense and called the defendant “incompetent” in maintaining a grow, and gave him a suspended sentence.
