On the surface that seems like an oxymoronic headline. After all, the nuclear accord is supposed to be about curbing nuclear proliferation, not setting off an arms race.
The other day, I quoted this passage from Justice Scalia’s dissent in Obergefell:

Some readers can’t figure out why I said over the weekend that my first reaction upon hearing of Justice Scalia’s death was fear for the country. Really? they ask, not unreasonably. Well, I’ve thought about it, and here’s why I still believe my gut reaction was valid. In fact, I believe it now more than I did over the weekend.
Richard Haass warns against “Brexit” and makes an unusually frank admission about why he hopes it doesn’t happen:
