Donald Trump has undoubtedly made the class action lawsuit against Trump University a campaign issue. For the last several days, he has been on a tear against federal Judge Gonzolo Curiel who is overseeing one of the class action lawsuits against Trump University. In the lawsuit, former students claim that the University and Trump violated federal law by luring them to sign up with false promises and then defrauded them once they handed over their checks.

Donald Trump is good for the markets, and good for the US Dollar.  Donald Trump - is net positive for FX.  The reason why, is very simple.  Readers of Splitting Pennies would have come to this conclusion on their own.  Love or hate Trump, he's not a politician.  Some say, he's worse than a politician.  But he's not a career politician.  The Dud-Fag act (The Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Pub.L. 111–203, H.R. 4173; commonly referred to as Dud-Fag) put a choke hold on the budding FX market in USA.

If you’re Donald Trump, you can’t buy publicity like this from his enemies in San Diego yesterday:

If you watched tonight’s GOP debate and are still confident in your decision to support Donald Trump, then you and I live on the same planet, but in different worlds. Tonight was a disaster for Trump. There can no longer be any doubt of these things:

Romney issued his denunciation of Trump earlier today:

“Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud,” Romney said in a speech Thursday. “His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University. He’s playing the American public for suckers.”
