Vitol Warns U.S. Crude Exports Will Grow "A Lot More"

Rising production in the Permian, coupled with cheap pipeline and railway transport fees to the Gulf of Mexico, will enable the U.S. to significantly raise its already record-high crude oil exports, Mike Loya, head of the Americas business at oil trading giant Vitol Group, told Bloomberg in an interview published on Friday.

Bashar al-Assad has condemned US forces for being deployed in Syria, calling them “invaders” without an invitation. “Any foreign troops coming to Syria without our invitation or consultation or permission, they are invaders, whether they are American, Turkish, or any other one,” Assad told Chinese PHOENIX TV. However, the Syrian President said that despite the illegal occupation of his country, he saw promise in US President Donald Trump’s promise to destroy ISIS.  “We have hopes that this administration in the United States is going to implement what we have heard,” he said.
