Scandalous Amount Of Sugar Found In Starbucks Drinks

Starbucks and other coffee-house chains like Costa serve shocking amounts of sugar in some of their popular hot drinks. Evening Post reports: The high levels have been exposed by campaign group Action on Sugar. It said 35 per cent of flavoured hot drinks contained the same amount or more sugar than the nine teaspoons in a can of Coca Cola. The group looked at 131 hot flavoured drinks in its study. It found that 98 per cent of them would receive a red/high label for excessive levels of sugars per serving of the drink.

Viz Comic Blocked By Facebook

Satirical comic page Viz has had its Facebook page blocked. The popular British comic magazine’s page was taken down without an explanation. Recently Facebook has changed its guidelines regarding material that could be considered inappropriate by a user of the social network, and is frequently giving out warnings, deleting posts and pulling down pages without notice.

Since the beginning of the Syrian civil war in August 2011 to April 2013, Islamic State (ISIS) and Al-Nusra Front were a single organization that chose the banner of “Jabhat al Nusra.” Although, the current Al-Nusra Front is led by Abu Mohammad al Julani but he was appointed as the Emir of Al-Nusra Front by Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, the leader of Islamic State, in January 2012. The current Al-Nusra Front is only a splinter group of Islamic State which split away from its parent organization in April 2013 over a dispute between the leaders of two organizations.
